Through the contact form on this website, the Data Controller collects and processes the following personal data voluntarily provided by the user:
- First and Last Name (entered in a single field);
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Reason for contact;
- Notes (Message).
The Data shall be processed exclusively to provide a response to your request for information regarding the professional services provided by the Data Controller. The legal basis for processing is:
- The performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, letter b of the GDPR);
- The consent provided by the user at the time of submitting the form (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a of the GDPR).
Providing the Data is optional; however, failure to provide such data will result in the Data Controller being unable to contact you or provide the requested information.
Processing is carried out mainly through electronic and automated means, using the Webflow platform, in compliance with the confidentiality and security regulations established by law. The Data Controller does not employ automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
The Website utilizes infrastructure services managed by companies headquartered in the United States:
- Webflow, Inc.: for website hosting and content management;
- Cloudflare, Inc.: for perimeter security and the secure storage of databases relating to user consent logs;
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC: for statistical analysis.
These providers adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring a level of protection compliant with the GDPR (Art. 45). Furthermore, Cloudflare implements advanced security measures and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect data during storage within its databases.
The Data may be made accessible for the aforementioned purposes to:
- Employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, duly instructed and authorized;
- Flowappz, limited to the technical management of the consent interface;
- Cloudflare, Inc., acting as a Data Processor for the archiving of technical data and consent logs;
- Third-party service providers performing outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller in their capacity as External Data Processors (e.g., IT service providers, legal or tax consultants).
The data shall not be disseminated or communicated to third parties for marketing purposes.
The Data shall be retained for the period strictly necessary to handle your request and, in any case, for a maximum period of 24 months from the date of submission, unless a professional relationship is established that justifies retention for the periods required by law (10 years).
As a data subject, you have the right to:
1. Request access to, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of your Data;
2. Object to the processing of your Data;
3. Withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal);
